Service Description

Our 360 Ai photobooth captures video imagery and transforms you to your fantasy land, era or character. Tell us your vision and we'll deliver a package to suit! All we need is a three metre area to set up. Our attendants will set up, guide you and pack down everything - all you need to do it turn up...and get ready to party! All costs include travel to Brisbane North, Sunshine Coast, Gympie region and Fraser Coast. Fees apply outside these zones.

Cancellation Policy

EVENT HIRE TERMS & CONDITIONS Payment To secure the date of the event, a deposit of $200 is required. This deposit is deducted from the final cost of your package. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the event unless stated otherwise on your paperwork or agreed in advance by Bruyn Rainbows. If the deposit is not paid within 7 days receiving this contract the date will be released. All prices are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Any cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy (see below). Cancellation Policy All cancellations must be made via email or in writing and not verbal. Cancellations made prior to 14 days of the event date – $200 deposit will be returned in FULL. Cancellations within 14 days of the event date – $200 deposit will not be refunded. Events Beyond our Control Bruyn Rainbows cannot be held responsible for any circumstances that may prevent us from attending your event or fulfilling our service, these may include but are not limited to severe weather conditions, severe sickness or hospitalization, power outage, fire, threatened or actual act or terrorism, or natural disaster. In the case that we cannot attend or fulfil your hire due to events beyond our control, we will contact you and/or the venue as soon as possible. In these instances, Bruyn Rainbows will provide a full refund of any monies paid or transfer your booking to a new date (subject to availability) for no additional fee. Venue Location It is your responsibility to ensure that all address details of the venue are correct. Bruyn Rainbows cannot be held responsible for any errors or delays resulting from incorrect or missing address details. Hire Period Bruyn Rainbows will arrive to set up 1 hour prior to the agreed commence time unless otherwise stated. The set-up will be complete within 1 hour. The hire period will commence from the agreed time as per the booking confirmation and finish at the agreed time. In the event that Bruyn Rainbows is not ready to commence at the agreed time due to our fault, we will still give you the agreed hire period by extending the finishing time of the hire. In the event that the hire does not start at the agreed time as setup has been delayed. Termination of Hire Bruyn Rainbows will not tolerate any abuse or threatening behaviour to our staff or equipment. If this does occur Bruyn Rainbows are within their right to terminate the hire.
